Labor charges are NOT included. The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase, serial number, and the date of purchase are always required. For warranty service, please contact the dealer/company from whom you purchased your EV Rider product.

Parts not returned to EV Rider will be billed to the customer or dealer.

Implied Warranties
Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of the original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded.

Hi this scooter is perfect for my body. I am only ,5feet tall and I have difficulty walking this is my second one its easy on the turns and i. Able to get around my house very easily which makes my life better.
Yes I love this scooter ,but I think it would be too small for a taller person.
I would prefer if you supplied a basket or bag to hang on after you're on it
Also, the speed dial moves on its own which makes the ride dangerous.

New adds of anti-tips wheels and a little bit better access to remove the battery (as required on airlines) have elevated this scooter. Good control. I wish they would sell something that protected the control unit when it has to be put in cargo on airplanes.
