Refund policy

 

All our EV Rider mobility products are returnable within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and the return has been authorized no more than 30 days from the date of order. EV Rider Scooters charges a 15% restocking fee for ALL returned items. The customer is also responsible for return freight and reimbursement of the original freight cost. Accessories and batteries are non-returnable, as well as customized orders.

  1. Returned products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, without any visible wear.
  2. Shipping for items qualifying for free shipping will be deducted from the remaining credit of eligible refund items.
  3. Customers must call EV Rider Scooters Tech Support and obtain a Return Manufacturer’s Authorization Number (RMA #).
  4. Do not return units or parts without an RMA #. We do not accept unauthorized returns.
  5. A refund will be granted upon inspection of the returned product(s).
  6. Customized orders and assembly fees if applicable, are non-refundable or returnable.
  7. Units and Parts must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase and with an authorized RMA #.
  8. If the part or unit is shipped back to EV Rider Scooters by the customer:
  • The Customer is responsible for shipping parts or products back to EV Rider Scooters at their own expense.
  • The product must be packaged carefully and clearly marked with an RMA # so that a refund can be processed accurately. Improper packaging may cause shipping damage to the product being returned. This will impact the amount of credit to be refunded. All damaged parts or units must be replaced and/or repaired at the sender’s expense.
  • Original shipping charges and original credit card fees (3%) are not refundable. If the product was sent with “free shipping” the original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund.
