Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and delivery can take between 2-6 business days depending on your location. Everything ships directly from the EV Rider manufacturer warehouse in Florida, so the closer to Florida, the faster you can expect your delivery!

Open Box units are barely used returns that were quickly returned within 30 days. They will have very minor blemishes, if any. They were quickly tried, repackaged, and returned. It is similar to buying a demo car from a dealership - you save a considerable amount, but it's all but brand new and you never notice the blemishes. We sell demo (Open Box) units every week, no one has ever contacted us that the unit was unacceptable - they're Like New and a great way to save a considerable amount on your scooter.

The EV Rider folding scooters come with an easy-to-use folding mechanism. Depending on the model, you can either manually fold the scooter by pressing a single lever, or use an automatic folding feature activated by a button/remote. Both manual and autofolding scooters fold in under ten seconds. Yes, all EV Rider products comes with the full manufacturer’s warranty, including Open Box (Demo) units.

Yes, every single scooter comes with a brand new battery and a brand new charger included in the price. Even Open Box models come with brand new batteries and chargers.

Of course! All scooters come fully assembled. Because of the shipping boxes, you may need to pop on a seat or pop in a battery, but no "building" of any kind is required!
